As we continue to grow and reach more families across the country, we are now looking for a Head of Communications and Engagement to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis, working between 26 - 30 hours per week, depending on your preference., This is an exceptional opportunity for a communications professional with experience of developing creative and engaging content to make a difference in the lives of children and young people across the UK.

The Role

As our Head of Communications and Engagement, you will lead the development and delivery of our external and internal communications and engagement strategy.

As part of our Senior Leadership Team, you'll develop our Communication & Engagement Strategy and support strategic planning, policy and decision-making across the organisation, enabling us to reach new audiences and raise awareness of bladder and bowel conditions.

Leading our individual giving strategy, you'll build friendly, professional relationships with stakeholders and promote opportunities for repeat donations, supporting us in meeting our strategic goals.

Additionally, you will:

- Support the development of two part-time communication, content and engagement professionals
- Produce a range of compelling content, including newsletters, reports, social media posts and website updates
- Record quarterly and annual impact data
- Lead the review and development of our publications

To be considered as our Head of Communications and Engagement, you will need:

- Experience of developing and implementing creative, outcome-focused communications and engagement strategies
- Experience of developing communications and engagement campaigns that promote opportunities for individual giving
- A good understanding of analytics and measuring the impact of specific communication and engagement campaigns
- The ability to work across the full range of communications, including content creation, marketing, digital and social media
- Effective leadership and line management skills
- Strong collaboration skills

Salary of £40,000 per annum (pro rata)
