Full Job Description
We are seeking an inspirational, dynamic, forward-thinking Head of Drama to develop the school as a centre of excellence for innovative teaching, learning, and cultural enrichment.
We would love to hear from you if you are an outstanding classroom practitioner with vision, a sound understanding of pedagogy and aspirations to Senior Leadership. Candidates should be ambitious and passionate about playing a lead role in nurturing a love for drama learning and a curiosity in other cultures in all students.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher, with a willingness to contribute fully to the curricular and extra-curricular work of the ambitious and high-profile Expressive Arts Faculty, which has achieved Artsmark Gold status.
Your role will be to lead new initiatives, develop a rich variety of cultural activities, developing our students' creative expression, communication skills and appreciation of literature, and undertake quality assurance activities that will ensure the delivery of high quality learning experiences to our students.
