Full Job Description

Airbus is looking for someone to join as the Head of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Core Platform within Airbus Commercial Aircraft. You will join the Digital Centre of Excellence (COE) for ERP and will report to the Head of ERP COE Strategy and Platform.

The ERP footprint inside Airbus and especially Airbus Commercial is huge and has to comply with local restrictions in all business domains including manufacturing, finance, sales, procurement and logistics, human resource. With more than 150,000 end users and 75 productive systems integrated with heterogeneous platform versions using different integration patterns, it's important to have the right level of expertise for defining the best solutions in terms of data robustness, security and quality.

The Digital COE for ERP aims at generating the maximum value of our ERP (SAP) landscape by designing a robust convergence strategy, preparing the future, leveraging end to end value and company strategic ambition as well as maximizing the engagement and expertise of our best assets, our people.

This role is part of our Airbus Group efforts to strengthen our governance and transformation efforts for our key SAP platforms and processes across the group and across functions.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

  • Managing and leading team members in three ERP platform products across France and UK including Product Manager, Product Owners, Champions in security, platform services all of whom have strong knowledge and experience in SAP software

  • Ensuring the team delivers on time, cost and quality encouraging collaborative mind

  • Communicating the vision, strategy and objectives of the company and ERP COE zto the team

  • Connecting and collaborating with Community of practice leaders, product managers, performance manager, Head of Strategy and Programme Office

  • Lead on operational topics

    Experience in leading teams, ideally transnationally

  • Experience in SAP technology, projects and applications
