Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our our brand new state of the art office and warehouse in Bordon, Hampshire. The individual will work in a varied role leading all aspects of the HR Function including recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, organisational development and change, employee relations and talent management.

What does this role involve?

  • Managing all aspects of the HR function across day to day, monthly and annual cycles which will include recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, organisational development and change, employee relations, talent & succession management.

  • Developing strategies for the department in line with the achievement of business objectives.

  • Providing professional leadership, support and development to the HR team, in order to increase knowledge, share best practice and to ensure that relevant professional standards are met.

  • Reviewing and updating all company policies, procedures and guidelines.

  • Developing UK employee programs and implementing Group initiatives.

  • Effectively communicating people changes ensuring successful implementation.

  • Accountable for setting and achieving HR KPI's, in line with company objectives and budgets.

  • Continuously reviewing the effectiveness of processes and procedures and implementing improvements.

  • Partner, coach and support leadership colleagues in their roles and with their teams.

  • Approving monthly payroll submissions.

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all data /reports for Group HR, Directors or external stakeholders e.g. auditors, benefit & service providers.

    We are looking for an exceptional communicator with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships. You will be educated to degree level, at least level 5 CIPD qualified and will have proven experience leading an HR Function.


  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive company strategy and create a positive people culture. You will possess presence and gravitas yet be approachable to all and respect the importance of confidentiality. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the UK law and its application and will be confident manipulating and analysing data and making financial calculations.

    The role would suit someone who has meticulous attention to detail and excellent IT skills. This should include all MS Office applications with focus on strong Excel skills. You will be confident in the use of HR Information Systems including the extraction, analysis and use of the data gathered from these platforms.
