Applications are invited from motivated, efficient and committed individuals for the position of Health Records Clerk Clerk, based at the Health Records Department Filing Library, Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.

The post is part-time, working 15 hours per week (between the hours of 4pm - 7pm) Monday to Friday., This role is based within the Health Records Filing Library; it will include operation of a computerised patients administration system, including inputting and retrieval of data. Locating, extracting and tracking of patient records. Filing of patient records in numerical order and making records available for distribution throughout the Health Board and general telephone duties.

Applicants must possess excellent organisational, inter-personal and numerical skills. A flexible approach to working and working hours is required and you should be prepared to undertake additional duties as and when required. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is vital.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Hywel Dda University Health Board is the planner and provider of NHS healthcare services for people in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and its bordering counties.
