Please visit our recruitment support page for advice on completing your application., We are looking for someone who can provide essential project administration support to the Head of Health & Wellbeing and to the Health & Wellbeing Business Support Manager and to the rest of the team and its functions, assisting in bringing projects to life within the Wellbeing Team.
Reporting to the Health & Wellbeing Business Support Manager, the post holder will be required to support, facilitate, and assist with the progress of programmes of work, reporting progress and issues to the Health & Wellbeing Business Support Manager and to the Head of Health & Wellbeing.
This is an excellent opportunity to provide a professional, comprehensive, and efficient service that promotes excellence. You will also require a high level of initiative and organisational skills. In addition, you must also have a good standard of general education and it is essential that you are IT literate with well-developed verbal and written communication skills, have a positive attitude, along with excellent customer care.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Project Administrator to join the East of England Ambulance Service in our Health & Wellbeing Team on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract opportunity where we provide health and wellbeing services to our staff, learners, and volunteers., The post holder will be expected to be able to work unsupervised, assisting in supporting projects as and when necessary. The post holder will also be required to communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of management and staff, always displaying a high level of tact and diplomacy and processing sensitive information confidentially.
This role will be working from home with travel to various locations across the East of England, as and when required. Therefore, you must have a full driving licence and have access to a car and be able to drive across our wide area attending meetings at various locations, as and when required.
This is a varied and interesting role, and we are looking for a proactive individual who will be able to prioritise tasks independently and liaise effectively. If you enjoy a challenge and like working as part of a team, then this role could be the one for you.
You must also have a good standard of general education and it is essential that you are IT literate with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
