Full Job Description
Our busy Community Wellbeing team is looking for a Helpdesk & Triage Administrator to coordinate the new referrals that enter the
service and deal with initial inquiries into the triage phone line.

- You'll support the management team with administrative tasks including maintaining an effective records system of cases,
- You'll be a confident communicator and have excellent organisational skills with empathy for others together with a focus on
- You'll be required to provide initial information, advice, and guidance to clients on all aspects of their lives, establish

- Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be
