Full Job Description

Our busy Community Wellbeing team is looking for a Helpdesk & Triage Administrator to coordinate the new referrals that enter the
service and deal with initial inquiries into the triage phone line.

What You'll Do

  • You'll support the management team with administrative tasks including maintaining an effective records system of cases,

  • monitoring whether quality targets have been met, and general administrative support tasks. Training will be given in this
    role.
  • You'll be a confident communicator and have excellent organisational skills with empathy for others together with a focus on

  • delivering good outcomes. It would be beneficial to have some experience of working in a social care environment, however not
    essential.
  • You'll be required to provide initial information, advice, and guidance to clients on all aspects of their lives, establish

  • their required needs then refer them on to appropriate agencies or place them on CCP's waiting list for support.

    The service operates primarily between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and we are able to discuss flexible working for applicants to meet

    You will be required to work from the Cheltenham head office.

    Services, paid for by CCP., Pay: £23,600 full-time equivalent (37.5 hours per week). Part-time, salary will be pro-rata

  • Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be

  • compensated with time off in lieu. An extra day of leave accrues for each completed financial year (capped at 5). Purchasing
    additional holidays is capped at 5 per year.
