Homeless Service Manager

Coastline has an exciting opportunity to join our Homeless Service team as the Homeless Service Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Homeless Service contracts, including Coastline's Crisis Accommodation, Empowering Independence, and Homeless Families programs.

As the Homeless Service Manager you will ensure that our services meet the highest standards and implement quality control measures, monitor service delivery, and address any gaps promptly. You will champion a person-centred approach in all aspects of service provision and create an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued.

We are looking for someone who understands the role of homeless services and has experience of working with individuals with a range of complex support needs, as well as having a proven track record of effective team management experience together with a Level 4 or above management qualification. As the Homeless Service Manager your approach will focuses on MEAM, PIE and strengths-based support and will have experience of meeting funding requirements and deadlines.
