Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrative Assistant with the passion and commitment to join this high achieving, happy and successful staff team. Ricards Lodge High School is an outstanding, successful and vibrant multi-cultural comprehensive school for girls with a co-educational Sixth Form. The roles includes (but is not limited to):

  • Provide all HR administrative support to ensure effective and efficient running of the school.

  • Undertake all HR administrative duties related to the recruitment of staff to Ricards Lodge High School.

  • To ensure that the processing of all new staff, staff salary changes, resignations and other changes are undertaken on a timely basis.

  • Support in processing DBS checks for existing staff and new recruits.

  • To respond to telephone calls and enquiries efficiently and in a professional and supportive manner.

  • To communicate with applicants via our recruitment portal.

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, as required.

  • To ensure regular and efficient input, maintenance and collation of a wide range of personal data on the schools HR systems and School Information Management system (SIMs).

  • To assist with providing information for staff workforce Census returns.

  • Be aware of and comply with all school policies and procedures including: Safeguarding, child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
