Full Job Description

In this role, the successful candidate will need to:

  • Be an ambassador of our values to ensure a culture where everyone feels valued, connected and free to bring their whole self to work.

  • Provide pragmatic guidance and advice to managers across the business in line with company policy and values.

  • Support line managers in the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes, ensuring an inclusive approach to attract a diverse talent pool.

  • Manage ER activities including absence management, performance improvement plans, disciplinaries and grievances

  • Answer colleague queries and signpost to relevant resources

  • Utilise HR systems including SuccessFactors, SharePoint and Time & Attendance for employee administration, payroll, internal comms and to drive engagement

  • Maintain and update HR documentation including job descriptions, policies, procedures, template letters and forms.

  • Support the delivery of the Wellbeing and I,D&B strategies through events, communication and signposting to relevant resources

  • Manage the Rise & Shine reward and recognition scheme

  • Manage the Human Resources mailbox

    A great customer focus with a flexible and adaptable approach.

  • Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative, be punctual and reliable.

  • Generalist HR experience gained in an FMCG environment

  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR legistlation, policy and procedural trends

  • Minimum level 3 CIPD

  • Health and Safety awareness (essential)

  • Food Safety awareness (desirable)
