Full Job Description

As a HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems including HR inbox maintenance

  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews and set up of new starters within the HR system.

  • Issuing contracts of employment, offer letters and all relevant documentations for new starters whilst consistently maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

  • Coordinating new hire onboarding sessions.

  • Providing key support to the HR team in organising any relevant data and information to support the wider organisation with any business changes.

  • Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

You will have excellent communication skills to enable interaction with employees, candidates and other team members. Strong organisational skills will be required with key attention to detail. Time management skills are essential to prioritise the tasks and proactively manage day to day. Providing excellent customer service to employees and candidates. You will be adaptable to a fast- paced and dynamic environment with the keen drive to make a difference.You will be technically proficient and strong in excel, word and both google and office suites., Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial, Basic knowledge in HR principles, practices and procedures is desirable. Being familiar with record keeping and data accuracy is also key., Human resources: 1 year (required)

    6 Months Maternity Cover (Immediate start required) Salary - £22,500-£24,000 DOE
