HR Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting HR functions. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various HR tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.

Duties:

- Provide administrative support to the senoir leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining files and records

- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews in line with safer requitment.

- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, ATS, Salesforce, Workday, and Taleo

- Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries

- Support employee relations initiatives by assisting with investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee issues or concerns

- Assist with training and development programs by coordinating logistics, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records

- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed

Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in data entry and record keeping

- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures

- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, ATS, Salesforce, Workday, and Taleo is preferred

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
