Our HR Business Partners play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business, driving growth, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Reporting into the VP of HR, your role is to execute the Winning Culture strategy working in partnership with Senior Leaders across our Manufacturing network. Acting as a catalyst for change, you'll drive innovation in our people strategy, directly influencing our ambitious growth plans in GB. It's your job to inspire, coach and motivate our leaders to 'bring out the best in our people', creating an environment of everyday engagement and a place where everyone feels safe to be their true authentic selves.

You'll collaborate with a team of HR professionals and drive solutions related to strategic talent management, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion - supporting a culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.

  • An established HR Business Partner with proven ability of coaching and influencing senior people leaders

  • A business-oriented individual who can execute in a commercial way across a manufacturing network.

  • Self-aware leader who has drive and ambition.

  • Expertise in talent management with a keen focus on succession planning, wherein you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to nurture and develop current talent while strategically preparing for the future.

  • A HR leader with experience of driving change and can translate business strategies into workable solutions including: engagement, organisational design, change management, talent and succession.

    We have five McCain factories across the UK, including our head office in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. As well as a strong network of farmers, we also own a potato seed business in Montrose, Scotland. McCain is the UK's largest purchaser of British potatoes, buying approximately 15% of the annual potato crop.
