Full Job Description

The Bosch UK & Ireland Regional HR Team based in Denham have an exciting new opportunity for an ambitious, self-motivated and intellectually curious person to join the team. As an HR Data & Project Apprentice, you will work as part of the UK Regional HR team on projects and initiatives to enhance digitalisation, data driven decision-making and associate benefits. You will learn and apply best practices in data management, analytics, and visualisation to support ongoing HR topics and help to shape future policy.In this role you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in projects around implementation of systems, policies and processes as well as new and updated compensation and benefits offerings for associates.

Essential:Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.Good analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to organise own work and work autonomously.Good written and spoken English.Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointEffective time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesDesired:Strong interest in statistics, organisations and people, This is a 22 month contract starting from Summer 2024.It is a requirement of this position that you enroll in either the Bosch Future Skills Level 4 Data Analyst Programme or Level 3 Data-Driven Professional courses. The role will be 80% working/20% studyEligibility criteria apply to apprenticeship roles are as follows:To apply for the programme, you must:Be a UK resident and live in England 50% of the year.Have lived in the EU or the UK for the previous 3 years continuously.To apply for the programme, participants cannot:Be enrolled in full-time educationBe currently participating in another apprenticeship programmeBe on a Tier 1, Tier 4 or Tier 5 VisaBe currently pursuing another qualification that is government-fundedParticipants will need to provide evidence of level 2 qualification in Maths & English at GCSE grade C or equivalent

  • or work towards obtaining these throughout the programme. If candidates don't have these qualification

  • certificates, they will be supported to a.) locating their certificates through a 3rdparty company, and/or b.) achieving Level 2 through additional coachingIf participants are in the UK on the EU settlement scheme, their u2018visau2019 needs to cover the whole period of the apprenticeship.Closing date for applications is the 12th May 2024
