Full Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will form part of the HR Business Partner team aligned to Trust and Safety and will provide support to your organization's teams partnering closely with managers and HRBP's to lead and specialise in performance management, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances & training for HRBP's and Managers. The role will be expected to strategize and collaborate with corporate, regional, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to identify growth opportunities, engage and retain employees through HR initiatives, and aid in best in class ER practices across our teams in partnership with HRBP's and COE's. A hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office is required to support employees in person. RTO plans are reviewed every six months and may be increased based on local circumstances., Deliver a consistent and knowledgeable and professional service in areas including disciplinary, grievance, probation, performance and leave ensuring all such matters are dealt with in line with policy, best practice and legislative requirements to mitigate risk.
- Conduct confidential people specific investigations HR-related concerns and apply critical thinking to analyze evidence and make investigative conclusions.
- Independently manage, prioritise and execute end-to-end case management
- Provide advice, direction and coaching to businesses on disciplinary and warning actions related to ER cases, policy interpretation and employment practices of the region.
- Provide sound, expert ER advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders on reorganisation and restructuring activity in line with local employment practices and employment law.
- Develop and deliver relevant training and education to improve HRBP and leader effectiveness and drive better ER decisions.
- Foster strong working relationships with our ER, Legal counsel, Ethics Office and investigations teams to balance risk, calibrate recommendations for decision-making.
- Collaborate with key partners on ER data insights, trends and opportunities to drive proactive solutions. Examine trends to diagnose root causes and develop solutions to enable effective corrective actions.

3 years of employee relations experience with an investigations background
- A good understanding of the European, Middle East and Africa employment law and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in effectively partnering with multiple stakholders

Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated Policy and procedure development and enforcement to ensure compliance
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to work successfully with ambiguity in a complex, fast paced and challenging business environment
