Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing

As an In-House Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be the very first point of contact for potential candidates across all areas of our
business with a primary focus on our retail division. Your aim is to champion our brand, elevate our reputation as an employer of
choice, and craft an unparalleled candidate experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Be a welcoming first point of contact for new applicants, making them feel valued and excited about joining our family.

  • Champion our brand as the go-to employer of choice.

  • Building relationships with our Hiring Managers, ensuring they have the support they need throughout the recruitment process.

  • Create valuable relationships with external partners to broadcast our job opportunities and attract a diverse array of talent.

  • Take responsibility of organising and arranging interviews through clear communication with hiring managers and candidates

  • Amplify our job vacancies on social media, connecting with local job pages and our own online platforms.

  • Bring fresh ideas to the table, fostering innovation within our team.

  • Maintain consistency in our recruitment process across all 160 stores and other business areas.

  • Be a true ambassador for James Hall & Co, driven by a passion for matching the right people with the right roles.

  • Showcase your organisational skills, through the management of multiple priorities.

  • Represent our company at job fairs and events throughout the North of England.

    Previous telephone-based customer service experience.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while connecting with a diverse range of individuals.

  • Happy to work towards targets and goals.

  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.

  • A confident telephone manner.

  • Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships.

  • Integrity and a strong work ethic.

  • Outstanding organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities.

  • A commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
