Full Job Description
- Deliver a professional telephone handling service to customers, insurers and suppliers providing excellent customer service
- Answer queries from clients, insurers and suppliers in a pro-active manner
- Generate new sales opportunities
- Enter data on a bespoke database and maintain accurate up-to-date records in line with Countrywide Hearing's protocol
- Develop strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers
- Assist in day to day running of busy office when required
- Assist management with ad hoc tasks as required
Ideally have good Experience of sales and customer services. - Have a passion for providing first class customer service
- Good telephone and communication skills
- Organised and methodical
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and use of databases
- Experience of working in the insurance industry desirable, but not essential as full training given
- Energetic and proactive, with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly organised with keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Proven experience of working with set targets.
A fantastic and rare opportunity to join our successful insurance team based in the heart of Mumbles, Swansea on a full-time basis. Immediate start available for the right candidates. The position is full time Monday to Friday 9-5pm (37.5 hours) within a newly renovated state of the art office's in the heart of Mumbles. 30 days annual leave (including all bank holidays). The salary is £22,308 p.a. dependent on experience. OTE £28,000.00
