Full Job Description

We're looking for an Independent Assurance Coordinator to join our Safety and Independent Assurance function.
This role will be paramount within this business area through supporting the delivery and coordination of all
Independent Assurance team functions to make all activities involved in saving lives at sea safer for the future.,

  • Provide high level coordination and office management support to the Independent Assurance Team

  • Produce engaging and professional reports and visual aids in support of the Senior Leadership Team

  • Support team managers with the development of KPI's across the Independent Assurance Team and coordinate the

  • reporting of updates as needed
  • Work across the Independent Assurance Team to understand critical safety risks and support the communication and

  • escalation of these to SLT/ET via an efficient process
  • Develop and maintain effective document management arrangements for the Independent Assurance Team

    You'll be exceptionally proactive in your approach, you will be used to juggling conflicting priorities and working in a

  • fast-paced environment but be able to always prioritise and remain calm.

    To be considered as the Independent Assurance Coordinator you will need:

  • Experience of working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of processes and activities,

  • Experience of working as part of a small team and providing an exceptionally high level of support in a confidential

  • and sensitive environment.
  • Experience of using IT systems (Excel/SharePoint) to manage and monitor actions and produce reports.

  • Experience of working and communicating with senior stakeholders
