Installation Engineer (DV Security Clearance)

We work collaboratively with global technology companies, cutting edge SMEs and academia to deliver the optimal solution for each client., CGI is seeking an Installation Engineer to join the team, where we operate within an expansive enterprise-scale data centre, brimming with opportunity and innovation. We're currently on the lookout for a DV cleared candidate to join our dynamic team on a Full time basis.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and functionality of our equipment through meticulous Electrical Safety Testing (EST), utilizing cutting-edge PAT testing equipment. But that's just the beginning of your journey with us.
Picture yourself diving into a typical installation process, where each step presents a unique challenge and opportunity for growth. From carefully un-boxing the equipment to expertly utilising lifting gear, you'll be hands-on in every aspect. Your craftsmanship will shine as you skilfully fit shelves and rails, seamlessly install hardware, and conduct thorough EST checks.
But we don't stop there. Your role extends to enhancing resilience, ensuring uninterrupted performance by fitting resilient power supplies. And let's not forget the crucial aspect of connectivitynetwork cabling installation will also be part of your repertoire.

Any experience in any of the following is advantageous. We will provide training in all areas.
