Installation Team Leader

Focal Systems is currently expanding our operations throughout the United Kingdom. We are seeking a Field Team Leader to be an integral member of the Focal customer success and operations organization. The Field Team Leader will work intensively with the Focal Systems operations team to ensure all installation operations within their region of the UK are sound at all times. This role will have overall accountability for the successful deployment of our system. We are looking for an individual who can lead and champion deployments for our customers in your area.,

• Ensure all KPIs are met relative to Installations for your geographic region


• Overall accountability for deployment


• Coordinate and execute ongoing training of your installation team


• Oversee all Installation Field Service Technicians within their respective region


• Troubleshooting and quality control


• Routine stops at our client locations for battery swaps and diagnostics


• Onsite and offsite maintenance


• Learn to build devices and deploy them


• Serve as primary point of contact reporting anything relevant in the field back to our Product Team


• Ensure all payroll entries are tracked/reviewed for thoroughness and investigate anomalies accordingly for productivity improvements or coaching opportunities.
  
  2+ years of proven team lead or supervisory experience


• Proactive, resourceful, with a desire to figure stuff out, interested in applying cutting-edge technologies.


• Ability and desire to work independently in an unstructured environment in locations remote from company HQ.


• Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills.


• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable and self-sufficient


• Strong customer service orientation

• Must have a valid driver's license and ownership of a reliable vehicle

Please note, this will be primarily a night shift role (10pm-6am) during installation periods and is currently a fixed term contract until end of Sept.
