Seize this thrilling opportunity to contribute to our Investment Banking business as a Vice President, working alongside top-tier professionals in a dynamic team., As a Vice President in Leverage Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in financing corporates and financial sponsors, interacting with management teams at our clients and working with senior bankers

The debt capital markets are instrumental for our clients, and we work on refinancings, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and dividend recapitalizations, among other transactions.

Our transactions involve high-level interaction with senior bankers across product and industry groups as well as with executive management at our clients.,

• Develop client relationships and originate new business opportunities


• Perform credit analysis and credit packaging


• Prepare offering and marketing materials for loans or high yield bonds


• Prepare and participate in pitches and other marketing activities


• Review and analyze financial models


• Execute end-to-end debt transactions
