Full Job Description

To provide IT Asset Administration for one of FluidOne's larger projects, you will be maintaining all IT assets (mainly PCs and printers) associated with the project, providing full management of the assets that are in continuous stock rotation around the country.,

  • Book/check-in returned workstations and printers arriving at stores.

  • Assess stock to establish which hardware needs to be re-used, repaired, or scrapped and sort accordingly.

  • Re image PCs for redeployment, and check printers are working ensuring any issues reported.

  • Working closely with the project manager, assist with asset management.

  • Stock to be repaired: Attempt to repair hardware and liaise with 3rd party repair company if required.

  • Manage device active directory with updates and set to their Geo-locations.

  • ADHOC testing with the client for new images, hardware, and updates.

  • Ensuring all kit is clean, and well maintained, neat and asset records updated.

  • Procure new telephone numbers for site deployments and set up as per project plan.

  • Build, provision, and set up phones on system per site requirement testing before deployment.

  • Assisting with shipping & logistics of hardware deployments

    You will be working as part of the logistics team, communicating closely with multiple departments, the is role varied and requires attention to detail, a methodical work ethic, and experienced range of IT knowledge pertaining to HP AIO PCs, Printers, and Cloud telephony would be advantageous., Experience in windows 10, PC imaging and set up.

  • Previous experience managing IT assets would be advantageous.

  • Cloud telephony knowledge would be preferable but full training will be given.

  • Have high attention to detail, positive self-starter and able to work alone.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
