Full Job Description

We are looking for a new member of our IT Helpdesk team! We are really keen to consider an individual who has just finished an IT apprenticeship or degree and is looking for their first career in the industry OR an individual with some experience looking for a new opportunity.

Based from our Bristol office, your main duties will include:

  • Working to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to across our 6 office locations.

  • Responding to Helpdesk calls

  • Monitoring network infrastructure, identifying issues and resulting fixes

  • Assisting with new office set ups and the roll out of new technologies throughout the group

  • Identifying potential security breaches and working to fix them

    As your role will require helping individuals with technical support across 6 office locations, you must be comfortable on the phone as a clear and effective communicator alongside a professional and friendly demeanor. We're looking for someone who has experience with:


  • · Microsoft Office 365

    · Active Directory

    Desirable experience would include exposure to Azure and Citrix Cloud but we're also very happy to train the right candidate.

    We need someone who is friendly, approachable and keen to help others as well as having a passion for all things tech.

We work with education providers to source high calibre teaching staff within Secondary Education, SEN and Further Education.
