IT Support Apprentice

As an IT Support Apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team responding to IT-related tickets, setting up laptops and hardware, managing the IT inventory and everything in between to enhance your IT skills and reach your TRUE POTENTIAL!

In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Responding to IT-related tickets whilst prioritising issues, as well as providing IT support to local office users.


• Escalating issues to relevant teams when needed.


• Mobile device management including set up and distribution.


• Set up laptop hardware, peripherals and user troubleshooting.


• Document fixes and troubleshooting techniques and distribute this information to the IT support team to improve efficiencies


• Management of the hardware inventory system and deliver hardware to other offices.


Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

• Salary - £17,500


• Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5:15 PM


• 1 Hour lunch break
