You will be an essential part of the team, responsible for providing 1st line IT support across multiple schools within the trust, setting up and supporting with software, installing hardware, providing IT support to students within the trust and so much more to enhance you skills and reach your true potential In this role, youll work towards your Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Providing 1stline support to users as part of the helpdesk Logging calls and managing the ticketing system Setting up and supporting with software Installing and maintaining hardware ?Providing technical support to staff and students across sites Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: Salary -, £12,347 Salary increased after year 1

to up to £22,071, Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM 30 days holidays per year plus bank holidays Fuel allowance provided when travelling to different schools Work within a large organisation with 29 schools Cycle to work scheme Pension scheme Progression opportunities Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Driver required due to travel around schools - fuel allowance provided Keen to learn and a passion for IT Good communication skills both written and verbal Can work independently and part of a team Organisation skills Grade 5/C in English & Math's 4/C GCSE Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
