Full Job Description

We are in search of two proactive and skilled IT Support Engineers to join our team, each playing a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks., 1. User Account Management:
- Administer user accounts and access permissions across various platforms and systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of user accounts through regular audits and monitoring.

2. Network and System Monitoring:
- Monitor networks and systems proactively to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Implement monitoring tools and processes to maintain optimal performance and reliability.

3. Technical Support:
- Respond promptly to technical assistance requests from end-users, clients, or staff members.
- Provide clear and concise instructions for issue resolution and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems efficiently.

4. Hardware and Software Maintenance:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems as needed.

5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of support activities, including incidents, resolutions, and user interactions.
- Generate reports on IT support metrics and performance indicators for management review.

The primary objective of this role is to provide technical assistance to end-users, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure the integrity and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach., Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems knowledge.
- Experience with user account management and access control.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
