IT Transformation Programme Lead Salary £50,000 to £55,00 per annum based on experience Hybrid and remote working role, can be based anywhere in the UK, and you would be required to travel. Real Life Options are a non for profit Charity who have a personal centred support approach helping and assisting people to live a fulfilled life. Real Life Options are now looking to fill the role of IT Transformation Programme Lead to deliver the strategic IT Transformation Programme across Real Life Options group, including its subsidiaries which will include; Lead on the development and implementation of key projects that support the strategic objectives of the IT infrastructure transformation programme Lead on comprehensive reviews of current systems to deliver efficiencies and identify solutions which will enhance data collection, monitoring and analysis initiatives across the Real Life Options group Key contact with third party system support providers (e.g. One Touch, Zellis, ITPS), to deliver
collaborative solutions to support delivery of current and new IT transformation programmes Responsible for identifying hardware capacity to meet demands for new IT projects, existing system upgrades, refresh and renewals, e.g. hardware resourcing, purchasing, authorisation and monitoring To act as lead expert and support the Senior Head of Resources in advising the senior leadership team and board of management on IT Strategies, IT Systems Governance, IT security, IT policies and processes Head up the IT team, providing day to day staff management, supporting them to deliver against agreed work programmes, and also the introduction of new initiatives, whilst ensuring business as usual operations remain effective. Lead on the development of a collaborative 'project management' and 'customer focused' approach to transformation projects across the Real Life Options Group Lead on the development and testing of key plans for systems continuity and data security e.g. disaster recovery plans

cyber risk security planning Lead on work to gain necessary accreditation across ICT systems e.g Cyber Essentials Escalation point for high priority IT issues. Provide assurance to the head of resources, senior leadership team and the board of directors of compliance with all existing and new security or legislation developments that may affect data. Compile detailed reports on all levels of delivery of IT transformation Strategy Support and actively contribute to the remit of the wider Resource senior management team Experience Experience of working at senior strategic level within a complex organisation. (Desirable) An excellent knowledge and understanding of the health and social care marketplace, understanding of key functions that support a large geographically spread company and knowledge of a number of operating models. (Desirable) Experience of defining strategic outcomes and proven ability to deliver. (Essential) Knowledge of managing large service outsource
contracts. (Essential) Experience of managing an enterprise IT architecture including cloud solutions. (Essential) Experience of managing and implementing enterprise level systems. (Essential) Experience leading change in large organisations. (Desirable) Skills and Knowledge Proven entrepreneurial flair for social business. (Desirable) IT proficient.
