Full Job Description

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients in the non-clinical sector,

  • Understanding the specific staffing needs of clients within the non-clinical sector, which could include roles in areas such as administration, finance, human resources, marketing, IT, operations, and more.

  • Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, referrals, and direct approaches.

  • Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for the roles.

  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients, including scheduling, providing necessary information, and ensuring a smooth interview process.

  • Offering guidance and advice to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and negotiating job offers.

  • Keeping track of candidate information, communication, and progress in the recruitment process using a database or applicant tracking system.

  • Staying informed about trends, developments, and changes in the non-clinical sector job market to better understand client needs and candidate expectations.

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all recruitment activities, and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions and transactions.

  • Meeting recruitment targets set by the company, such as the number of placements made, revenue generated, or client satisfaction metrics.

  • Continuously improving your knowledge of recruitment best practices, industry standards, and relevant technologies through training, workshops, and self-study.

  • Collaborating with other team members, including senior recruiters, account managers, and administrative staff, to deliver excellent service to clients and candidates.

  • Collecting feedback from clients and candidates to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall recruitment process.

  • Being flexible and adaptable to changes in client requirements, market conditions, or company policies, and adjusting recruitment strategies accordingly.
