Full Job Description

As the Key Account Coordinator you will sit within the Sales Team that supports critical clients in the UK and around the world.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 10 + clients within the large UK and global corporation remit, proactively identifying their needs and work with the Key Account Manager to provide and execute solutions direct with the customer.

At Heamar, we offer a Friendly and unified working experience that combines a positive and proactive work environment together with quality and ambition. The working hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8:30pm to 3:30pm on Fridays, with 1 hour un-paid lunch break per day.

What will you be doing:

. Handle daily administrative tasks, process enquiries, quotes and sales orders from our Key Accounts.

. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within our customers businesses.

. Identify customer needs and work with the Key Account Manager to provide and execute solutions direct with the customer.

. Determining and researching target names/ customers and assisting the Key Account Manager in client acquisition, key business introductions and business development strategies.

. Regularly update the Key Account Manager on business development results to support the business growth aspirations.

. Proactively attend strategic discussions with Key Accounts 1-2 times per year.

. Develop and maintain relationships with key team members within the Purchasing and Service & Repair teams.

. Develop and maintain relationships with our external tooling suppliers.

. Regularly manage and update numerous open order books to feedback to key individuals within customer purchasing teams.

. Contribute to weekly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

What we are looking for:

. Customer service/ customer relations experience.

. Business awareness, to include the impact of changing general current affairs to our customers business.

. Familiarity with tooling.

. Owning and pursuing a personal development plan that helps in the succession to a Sales Account Manager Role.

Natural decision making ability.

. A desire to acquire and develop job related knowledge and skills in order to progress.

. Commercially minded.

. Attention to detail - You must have the ability to focus on all areas of a project or task, no matter how small.

Desired skills:

. Sales acumen.

. The ability to be creative and ability to adapt.

. Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite,

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (required)

  • Sales administration: 1 year (required)
