Lead Full Stack Engineer

As AA-X's Lead Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the UK's largest and most trusted driving company. What will I be doing?
1. Technical Solution Development:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
o Design and develop high-quality technical solutions.
o Provide delivery estimates for changes/projects.
2. Maintenance and Support:
o Maintain solutions within your area.
o Execute changes (small/BAU and large projects).
o Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
o Provide Level 3 Application Support.
3. Architectural Compliance and Code Quality:
o Align solutions with organizational standards.
o Develop code adhering to coding standards.
o Mentor junior team members.

+ Demonstrated experience in both front-end and back-end software development
+ Skilled in React and React Native
+ Proficient in Agile practices
+ Proven track record in delivering complex solutions
+ Familiarity with Java 8/17, JavaScript/TypeScript, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Next.js.
+ Knowledge of microservices, AWS (SQS, SNS, DynamoDB)
+ Ability to provide technical leadership and maintain coding standards
