Lead Stock Control Administrator

We are looking for a Lead Stock Control Administrator for a full-time, permanent role in Blackpool.

What will your role look like?

• Liasing with the office warehouse and Field team to support timely and accurate order processing and distribution


• Stock management, included but not limited to -

+ Regular and ad hoc stock order management
+ Monitor delivery times and manage delays to minimise impact
+ Source alterative products as required
+ Producing regular stock reports to monitor minimum stocks, stock valuation, stock movement etc

• Monitoring and managing alternative logistic processes


• Liaise with suppliers and review pricing levels where required


• Build relationships with our customers


• Review monthly KPI stock level targets


• Manage and continuously improve internal processes for improved efficiencies


• Monitor and provide training, supporting your team to progress and improve


• Work alongside and collaboratively with all departments including Field team, Production, R&D and IT supporting projects


• Understand and ensure accounting processes are followed
