Full Job Description

We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join Team OB in our Support Office.

As a Learning and Development Manager at OB, you will take the lead on the development, implementation and evaluation of our learning experiences and tools for our Retail, Support Office (SO) and Warehouse teams.

You will be an experienced facilitator and have a proven track record in designing content that covers both technical and soft skills. You will also be experienced in the digital design of workshops for our online learning and development platform. This role will involve facilitating face-to-face training in our Support Office and our stores, as well as facilitating virtual sessions.

Supported by the Learning & Development team, you will collaborate with Heads of Departments, Department Managers and Retail teams to help them understand and solve real business problems, identifying solutions that address any capability or skills gaps. You will also support the Head of Learning & Development with the development and delivery of the OB Leadership Programme to senior managers within the business.

Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo. This will be a hybrid role, requiring you to be based 3 days a week in our support office or in-store, and 2 days a week working from home.
