We are currently recruiting support workers in our supported living services in Odiham to support adults with learning disabilities in living the life they want.

As a support worker, you may need to assist people with some personal care and support them to carry out tasks around their home. You may be lone working at times or with other members of the team.

  • Develop positive working relationships with the local community and support agencies to create a network of support for your clients will be central to the work you do.

    We are also recruiting to our bank of Sessional Support Workers called Premier Crew who are skilled and passionate about working with vulnerable people and accept shifts on a flexible, as needed basis to help us cover gaps in rotas.     The appointed support worker will:
  • Be able to self motivate and lone work when required

  • Feel confident in providing personal care where required.

  • Be able to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays in rotational basis.
