Full Job Description

The successful candidate will provide one to one and small group support for our AP students, assisting in creating a supportive learning environment which enables them to develop increased independence and learning.

  • Please note that Level 2 qualifications or above in English and Mathematics are essential requirements for this role


    • We are looking for a committed, reliable and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant who can be a strong role model to join us to support students with physical and learning needs within our Pre 16 provision. A commitment to the cause of inclusion of students with disabilities in our Pre 16 education is essential.,
  • Be well motivated, passionate and well organised


  • Have significant knowledge of Safeguarding and Prevent


  • Have Grade C passes in English and Maths, or equivalent


    • A good sense of humour and a flexible nature is essential!
