Lettings Negotiator

Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the lettings process

- Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and preferences

- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values

- Advertise and promote properties through various channels

- Prepare and present property listings to clients

- Generate new revenues of income from upselling our unique products

- Prospect to generate new business

- Processing tenancy applications and tenant referencing

- Checking paperwork, uploading documents and sending drafts for approval

- Providing accurate information and updates to Landlord and Tenants

- Conducting right to rent checks
