Full Job Description
The role is wide-ranging and whilst previous experience within Lettings is beneficial, we are more interested in recruiting someone with the right skill set (organisational, communication & sales) and wanting to develop themselves. On the job training and industry exams will also be provided free of charge.,
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- lettings: 1 year (preferred)
- administration: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Hours are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday. - Casual dress
- Free parking
- On-site parking
- Day shift
Licence/Certification:
Alternate Saturdays (9am-1pm) with a half day back in the week.
They are offering a basic salary of £21k-£23k with OTE of £25k.
The role itself will cover all aspects of lettings admin as well as conducting viewings and arranging move ins for successful applicants.
The right candidate will be dedicated to providing a good service, proficient with customer service, a strong communicator and highly organised.
