Lettings Viewing Agent

The successful candidate will report to the office manager and will be responsible for achieving targets and ensure the highest levels of customer service and communication. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Register potential tenants


• Confirming and conducting viewings


• Conducting Inspections and Producing Inventory Reports


• Organising and arranging property maintenance


• End tenancy


• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with landlords and tenants


• Arrange viewings


• Achieve pre-agreed targets


• Canvassing for new business opportunities
  
  Self-motivation with a flexible, positive can do attitude as you will be expected to have a passion and be driven to grow the business.


• Full Driving Licence and Own Car that you can use for Work (Mileage will be paid)


• High level of Attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills


• Highest levels of Customer Service


• Organised and good at time management


• You must be positive, friendly, flexible, tenancious, persuasive and competitive

Experience in Lettings is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

The job is subject to suitable references

You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Lettings Administrator role

OR

a minimum of 2 years Customer Service Experience

You must have a full driving licence and a car you can use for work (Mileage will be paid),
• Lettings/Property Management: 1 year (preferred)


• Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)

• The Sure Move Tenant Journey from initial enquiry, tenancy and property management, right through to the tenant moving on to the next chapter in their lives (all from the office)


• Viewings, Inspections, Inventories (all conducted at the property)
