About the role

As a Logistics Co-ordinator you will support in facilitatingthe supply chain operations and provide an efficient and effective service to all charity shops that are partnered with Woband assistin Network planning.

A key part of the role is to ensure all Logistics information is reported accurately onto the correct systems.

Key Accountabilities
Shop collections and shop liaison support line

Ensure all vehicles are attended to, such as logging vehicles on the grid and ensuring they are tipped and able to leave site in a reasonable time with all relevant information/paperwork completed.
Resolvingissues with shop collections within48hours SLA
Answer& manageall calls in a timelyand effective manner(driversand transport suppliers)
Respondtoall emails in a timelyand efficient manner
Logand palletiseinbound online totes(boxes)for distributionto hubs
Support and cover for the Team Leader (North) and Network Planning Manger
Resolve payments issues for shops, escalatingqueries to the Logistics Manager whereappropriate.
Setting up new customers on the system

Reporting

Checkweights from assigned areas/drivers are recorded accurately on oursystems
Ensurehaulage weights and contents are logged accuratelyin opening, live and closing counts
Asset count for assigned area(s)and reporting
Weighing of trailers
Completingreporting for the Managment
Stock checking as required
Inputting weights into the system
Inputtingtote audit information onto the tote monitoring file

Other Requirements

This role is predominantly basedin Coventry but will be requiredto support Coventry Warehouse function and Goring Transport operation where required
Undertake any other duties that commensuratewith this role
