Logistics Operative

This is a varied role in a busy production environment, and applicants must be prepared to work under pressure and to challenging time constraints, managing their time effectively to complete all required tasks.

Job role and responsibilities:

- Working in Goods Inwards, Despatch, Lineside Stores, Core Control and Goods Inwards Inspection

- Loading, unloading, packing, building packaging, inventory management

- Maintaining stock on a computer-based ERP system

- Continuous improvement of existing processes and facilities

Previous stores experience essential

- Proficiency and experience of ERP inventory software system

- Experience of stock control and inventory management

- FLT/Flexi license highly advantageous, training can be provided

Personal attributes:

- Highly organised and motivated to get the job done

- An effective communicator

- Physically fit as the role can be physically demanding at times

- Team player attitude
