Lunch Break Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our lunchtime team. The post involves supervising the pupils over the lunch period in the dining hall, playground or indoors (when wet) and encouraging sensible and active play, developing social communication/interaction and support in conforming to expected behaviour. The post will involve some lifting and personal care for pupils. We are looking for people who:

• Are strong team players and good at using their own initiative


• Have good communication skills


• Are willing to learn and are able to follow instructions


• Are committed to the aims and values of Culverhill School, Good communication skills


• Experience of working in a team


• Ability to follow policy and procedures


• Skills and attributes of caring, adaptability, tolerance, acceptance and integrity


Desirable criteria

• Awareness of health and safety, including food hygiene


• Experience of working in a school


• Experience of caring duties
