Full Job Description

    • Responsibilities include a range of admin duties, for example, but not limited to:
  • General Maintenance duties

  • Basic Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting & decorating

  • Installation of carpet

  • Assisting other trades (contractors)

  • Performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential settings.

  • Completion of work sheets

  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

    • Langsam estates are seeking a highly skilled maintenance person to maintain our residential properties which are located throughout Manchester and Southport. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and expertise in various trades. The successful individual will be able to perform a range of maintenance and repair tasks in residential settings. A full UK Driver's license is required.,
  • Have knowledge and experience in working in a similar role.

  • Have excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner.

  • Have expertise and experience in various trades
