Full Job Description

You will provide exceptional administrative support to the team to ensure all maintenance packs and health and safety certification are up to date, as well as organising planned and reactive maintenance on all Habitat Escapes and privately-rented properties.,

  • Liaise with Property Services Manager and Habitat Escapes Assistant Manager to create property improvement plans where required

  • Arranging internal and external contractors for repair work

  • Monitoring Elite and maintenance packs to ensure all health and safety checks are booked

  • Liaising with owners to advise on property issues and providing accurate invoices

    We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Maintenance Property Co-ordinator to join our busy Habitat Escapes team at Lower Mill Estate., Confident user of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Administration experience

  • Excellent communication skils

  • GCSEs in Maths and English

  • Experience in a maintenance environment is desirable but not essential, You must have the right to work in the UK and will be required to provide evidence of this.


  • A DBS is required for all roles.

    A driving licence and access to a car is recommended before applying, as our Estates are not walkable from public transport links.

    Salary £24,750
    Hours This role will be 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7, to include some weekend working on a rota basis.
