Full Job Description
The Company has a vacancy for a position for a Marketing and Telesales Role. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will support and manage a range of in-house sales activities and develop the sales database.
This is an opportunity to work for a successful electrical manufacturing company working with many high profile clients including the MOD and international Glass companies. The successful candidate will be working with like-minded professionals.
Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound calls to potential customers and showcase our range of products and services, with a primary focus on businesses.
- Identify and assess profitable sales opportunities through effective and well-structured calls, with key decision makers.
- Create, build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term business partnerships.
- Maintaining accurate sales activity and customer interactions records via our CRM system.
- Achieve and surpass monthly new business sales targets and KPIs.
Previous experience in B2B telesales or customer service roles, preferably in the business supplies industry or a related field. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and confident phone manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CRM software and other sales tools.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced commercial environment.
