Job Purpose and Impact
Location: Thirsk (North Yorkshire) YO7 3HE - The role is a permanent Monday-Friday full time position. 3 Days per week are required in the office, other days can be worked from home. Some occasional travel will be required to industry events and customer sites, so a full UK drivers license is required.

The Marketing Communications Coordinator will help coordinate the development of marketing communications materials and activities to effectively represent Cargill's Animal Nutrition & Health products, services, brands to customers and prospects. In this role, you will help to create and distribute engaging promotional materials about Cargill's products and services to attract and retain customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute and support small scale, multichannel marketing communications and promotional activities such as promotions, advertising, sponsorship, partnerships, social media, direct marketing and events, ensuring all materials and content are on brand.
- Implement small scale marketing programs aligned with the defined marketing strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing specialists and technical teams.
- Help to design, develop and implement marketing campaigns and content marketing to support the organisation's products, services or market sector.
- Create basic graphic presentations that clearly communicate the product, solution or brand messages to meet business objectives.
- Support press relations and ensure Cargill Animal Nutrition is positioned as an expert in animal nutrition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of suppliers, customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure marketing activity is cost-effective and delivers a return on investment, working to an annual budget.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Animal Science, Agriculture, Marketing) in place of a degree secondary level education will be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications at an Intermediate level
- Experience/ knowledge of the Agricultural industry would be useful
- A formal marketing qualification (CIM)
