Full Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Schroders central marketing team to support the brand and campaign activation team in the creation and dissemination of marketing messages globally. This team sits within the wider team of Creative, Production and Publishing. This role will report into the Brand and Campaign Activation Manager

The base
We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly.

The team
The team are responsible for developing global integrated campaigns across both production and publishing.
The team are all based in London and work with all central marketing teams, as well as all regional offices.

What you'll do

  • Manage execution of all central campaigns, including social, programmatic always-on, display, PPC and emails

  • Support for always-on global content activation

  • Execute the production on all paid global media schedules

    2+ years of marketing experience in a busy environment

  • Some experience in paid media execution, particularly paid social and programmatic

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, and the ability to liaise with a variety of staff of all levels

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Strong attention to detail and research skills

  • Proactive and responsible

  • Skilled at using MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word


  • The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and project management skills

  • Experience of working for financial services' businesses

  • Knowledge of the compliance risks associated with financial services' businesses
