Full Job Description

  • As a Marketing Executive, the role involves supporting the Marketing Manager in delivering online and offline marketing activities. This dynamic position includes planning, creating, and implementing brand campaigns across the full marketing mix.

  • Prepare content for customer communications, collaborating with designers, printers, and third-party agencies.

  • Develop engaging brochures in line with the customer journey.

  • Oversee the execution of marketing posters, resources, and event collateral.

  • Manage distribution of marketing material, ensuring optimal stock levels.

  • Liaise with key partners and third-party media for collaborative marketing campaigns.

  • Plan and execute third-party campaigns, including advertising and paid media.

  • Ensure website content is current, accurate, and engaging.

  • Optimize site copy for search engines and visitors.

  • Execute the social media strategy.

  • Support the creation of social posts, test and learn to optimize content.

  • Monitor and report on social media activity using management tools.

  • Collaborate on planning email content, taking responsibility for copywriting, image selection, scheduling, and deployment of E-newsletters.

  • Build emails and develop reports using the CRM system.

    1+ year in a similar role.

  • Strong copy editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail and a creative flair.

  • Good knowledge of Office 365.

  • Highly collaborative and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks (preferable).

  • Ability to interpret and report Social Media Analytics (preferable).

  • Experience and proficiency with social media platforms and management tools (preferable).
