We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our busy, fast-paced, and fun team; to take ownership of our brand and all related marketing activity. Managing a team of four marketing executives, the successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading all marketing activity and campaigns, reporting into the Group Marketing Director.

The Marketing Manager will also take responsibility for planning, implementing, and measuring the success of our fantastic marketing campaigns. Whether this is launching a new product or helping boost brand awareness in particular international markets, your creativity, innovative thinking and passion will be key in coming up with new ways to reach new customers and grow engagement with our existing audiences.

We are looking for someone with an energetic and dynamic personality who can't wait to get stuck into creative campaigns. We are a growing marketing team in a fast-paced and rapidly expanding business, which means that no two days are the same. From overseeing large international trade show stands, to crafting innovative digital campaigns and supercharging social engagement with influencer content - this role is as 'full-mix' as it gets; so, we are looking for someone with B2B marketing experience, but also with a strong understanding of communicating to an end user audience as well., Working as a Marketing Manager in our new, modern head office at Ellesmere Port, you will be proactive and passionate about all things marketing related. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Digital marketing - overseeing all web, email, social, SEO, PPC, paid media activity

  • Campaigns - ideation, planning, execution, reporting

  • PR and advertising

  • Brand guardianship - from packaging to inputting into new product branding

  • POS and out of home marketing

  • Exhibitions and events - from large 150 sqm stands at international trade shows to smaller events closer to home

  • Collateral creation - (brochures, flyers, data sheets etc.) and managing printed marketing materials

  • Ecommerce - while we do not sell direct, we work closely with selected ecommerce partners

  • Market research and analysis - commercial awareness is key

  • Internal communications - newsletter

  • Managing external suppliers and agencies

    5+ years' experience in similar role

  • B2B experience highly valuable, but B2C experience is also applicable

  • Experience managing a team

  • Experience managing a budget

  • Experience of growing a brand presence across European markets (highly advantageous)

  • Be proactive, energetic, passionate about marketing

  • Ability to self-motivate and prioritise workload.


  • Strong multitasking skills, jumping in and out of different projects in a fast-paced company

  • Fluency in a European Language (desirable, highly beneficial)

  • Degree in Data Analysis/Marketing/Business or CIM. (desirable)
