Marketing Manager

Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a new position and an exciting opportunity for the right person, with plenty of scope to implement their own ideas. They will be working in a sole role, with support from other departments.

Our Marketing Manager duties include:

Marketing Campaigns

• Increase sales and brand awareness by delivering targeted marketing campaigns.


• Develop and manage strategic campaign plans, timelines, and budgets.


• Analyses sales trends, searches, market research, and industry trends, to identify priority areas and apply to marketing plans.


• Identify upselling opportunities and propose additional campaigns/services.


Socials & PR

• Create content for all relevant social media platforms, managing campaigns and analysing results.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and think creatively to generate new ideas.


• Work with and promote our Child Nutrition Consultant, creating new ideas and managing marketing content.


New Business / Sales

• Implement strategies to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.


• Oversee the Client Services team sales drive, monitoring call content and providing training for new sales techniques.


• Review all sales material and products, suggesting improvements where needed.


Website

• Create innovative ideas for new articles and blogs, including press releases, industry-specific blogs, newsletter articles, videos and website content etc.


• Work to improve our Google rankings and Trust Pilot score.


• Oversea search engine optimisation managed by an external provider.


General

• Regularly prepare new business reports that track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, website traffic, and overall brand awareness.


• Work towards business accreditations.
  
  Minimum of 2 years' previous experience in a relevant marketing role


• Degree in Marketing/Business or related qualification is preferred


• Proactive and outgoing approach with a high level of creativity


• Proficient in CRM and database management


• Confident in co-ordinating marketing plans and strategies


• Experience in implementing and managing social media campaigns for business


• Strong verbal and written communication skills, Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)


• Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
