customers a rapid delivery option through the Deliveroo platform where customers can order on Deliveroo then our store teams will pick and pack the order and pass to Deliveroo for delivery within minutes! Customer feedback is positive and we're really excited to continue innovating for customers.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts on the Deliveroo channel. You will establish a channel strategy by working on joint plans with Deliveroo, managing the customer experience, activating campaigns and optimising towards customer and business goals.

You will conceive, build, launch and grow plans, continually evaluating opportunities to drive ongoing improvement and innovation. This role is new so you will be able shape the role within an existing team structure and goals framework; whilst you build out the function you should be comfortable with ambiguity and ready to test and learn alongside your stakeholders.

You will drive customer facing marketing activities on the Deliveroo by overseeing marketing initiatives related to the channel, working with internal tools and the Deliveroo platform. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and should have a test & learn mindset to continually optimise on behalf of customers.

You will report into the Amazon UK Fresh Stores Marketing lead and sit within the wider Fresh UK Marketing team. You will work closely with the wider Marketing, Program Management, Operations teams as well as teams working in our stores., Become the Marketing expert in the Deliveroo channel providing updates, thought leadership and advice to leaders.
- Build, maintain and optimise Marketing campaigns, promotions and initiatives on the Deliveroo channel.
- Work with other business and marketing functions within Amazon UK Fresh to create a Deliveroo specific channel plan including promotions, selection and store specific plans as needed.
- Maintain relationship with partners at Deliveroo and run weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews as needed and attend ad-hoc events hosted by Deliveroo.
- Present in internal business reviews to update stakeholders.
- Own a Joint Marketing Plan with partners at Deliveroo and ensure requirements are customer obsessed, achieved and optimised against.
- Communicate regularly with partners and Deliveroo on progress to maintain the relationship and learn together.
- Use an existing Trade Plan and update for the Deliveroo channel to feature a relevant customer experience.
- Work with stakeholders in Marketing team to integrate Deliveroo into channel plans.
- Create store specific plans by establishing what attributes to customise against (eg basket, time, customer profile) and execute these plans whilst continually testing & learning to optimise.
- Create and own a testing plan and define tests, attribution model, data requirements and reporting. Communicate plans and results to stakeholders.
- Build, schedule and create content for customer facing email campaigns relating to Deliveroo.
- Organise in-store signage for stores operating on Deliveroo as needed.
- Communicate plans to store teams.
- Review performance of the Deliveroo channel, make optimisation plans and activate.

Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience working with external partners to develop marketing programs, Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting
- Management of Rapid Delivery (eg Deliveroo) platforms from a central management side (not store side)
