Full Job Description

The Digital Marketing Technology (MarTech) Lead is responsible for the automated marketing solutions which deliver personalised and efficient campaigns to our business customers.

  • Think BIG, beyond the day to day - your work will be strategic in nature with a focus on medium to long-term activities, but you will always be willing to get stuck into the detail, especially when working with your Product Owners.

  • Show us your thirst to learn! Understanding your product's features and technical composition is key - so it's important you're aware of new technologies and the potential they provide.

  • We'll see you working cross-functionally across the business. Make sure you utilise your stakeholder management, not to mention your influencing and negotiation skills to create buy in to your vision and drive your roadmap forward.

  • You'll be accountable for the delivery of the MarTech portfolio, with responsibility for the governance of the overarching programme. To success you'll ensure all controls align to corporate, and legal standards. Also monitoring and any action required of defining costs, requirements, risks and change strategy and interrelated projects', dependencies, assumptions, and risks to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

  • Commercial success is key! You'll be monitoring the campaigns delivered via the Marketing Technology tools and look for ways to optimise and improve them, generating incremental value as a result.

    Vast previous experience of delivering large programmes, understanding the operational impacts of change and transformation, and proactively managing risks.

  • Ability to drive and nurture engagement with a wide range of stakeholders and the ability to influence effectively at all levels.

  • Demonstrable commercial, revenue, and performance focused experience in a similar role.

  • Ability to manage and develop direct reports (up to 10) both locally and remotely.

  • Proven experience managing budget and costs effectively and ability to prioritise spend based on business value.
